Work Package 1

This WP is tasked with building (or strengthening, if they already exist) the networks that will continue building on the foundations established over teh short timeframe of the project. These networks, or Communities of Practice (CoP) will be in each of the three participating centers. These CoPs will be embedded within a “Theory of Change” (ToC) framework, mapping stakeholder interactions, responsibilities of the partners, implementation of the activities and evaluation against stated aims and objectives.

The WP will identify and empower a ToC Champion in each centre. In each field site, a ToC Champion (Community Engagement Officer) will be identified from the participating communities to ensure ongoing engagement with the ToC Framework by stakeholders, identifying successes and obstacles along the change/implementation pathways.

The WP will have oversight over the co-creation of interventions and policy developments
