Work Package 0
This WP is responsible for the overall project management, and as such is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, consistency of application across the centres, integration across the disciplines as well as meaningful stakeholder engagement. The key tasks will include:
- Institutional and stakeholder agreements across all centres
- Human subjects ethical approvals from all necessary institutions in all the participating centres
- Establishment of Advisory Board.
- Creating a collaborative culture and communications networks across the research sites, participating institutions and the various stakeholders
- Finalise common field instruments for health assessments, heat exposure assessments and qualitative enquiry across all centres
- Provide oversight and direction to stakeholder engagements led by WP1
